A miniature version of the vegetable burger, but filled with freshly grilled paneer tikka instead of spiced potato patty, garnished with crisp lettuce and red onion and mint sauce.

Paneer kathi roll

Round flat bread cooked with coating of spiced chickpea flour batter on a griddle, then stuffed and rolled with strips of paneer, onions and capsicums which are laced with a freshly made tangy onion tomato sauce, and served with a drizzle of fresh mint chutney.

Paneer tikka

Pudina panner tikka

Chunky cubes of fresh paneer, marinated in a paste of freshly made Asian mint, coriander and puree of baby spinach, then delicately grilled with capsicums and onions.

Dahi ke kebab

Aam wala chicken tikka

Chicken marinated in a blend of raw mango puree, mango pulp and secret spices and then topped with a layer of mango fruit leather, grilled to perfection.

Elaichi wala chicken tikka

This exotic tikka is marinated with green cardamom spice power and mild spices in a hung yoghurt and cream marinade, once grilled the tikka is again dusted with a fine green cardamom dust and other secret spices.

Daalchini chicken tikka

Chicken marinated in nutty spices and sweet cinnamon powder in a paste of cream and hung yoghurt, grilled to a point where it gets a deep char to enhance the earthy notes of the spices used in margination.

Lamb sheekh kebab

A traditional recipe where lamb mince is mashed and marinated with ginger garlic paste, spices, fresh herbs, onions and then rolled on to a skewer, then grilled to perfection.

Chicken pakora

Chicken marinated overnight with tangy spices, then lightly battered with chickpea flour and deep fried, served with spicy fresh mint chutney.

Pudina chicken tikka

Chicken marinated overnight in a paste of fresh mint, coriander and baby spinach, along with a ginger rich yoghurt paste, grilled to the point where it gets a mild char.

Shahi murg tukadae

(chicken on the bone)

pieces of chicken rubbed with fiery spices and lemon juice, twice marinated, and while being grilled these are basted with chili oil to bring out its real flavors.

Adraki lamb

Lamb meat diced to chucky pieces, twice marinated, hero being fresh ginger in margination which brings out the earthy flavors, and when the grilled meat is about to come off the grill it is dusted with a blend of mint and fenugreek dust to compliment the flavors.

Chicken kathi roll

A round flat bread cooked on the griddle with a coating of free range egg inside, then stuffed and rolled with chunks of freshly grilled chicken tikka, onions and capsicums laced in a tangy onion and tomato sauce.

Patiala shahi chicken tikka

Chicken marinated twice in a recipe handed down by chef’s grandfather, and is widely associated with the fiery orange reddish color, appealing to be savored with fresh mint chutney.

Murg tangri chatka

Chicken Maryland piece slit open at precise muscle area, rubbed with a marination of hung yoghurt and secret spices, grilled to perfection and dusted with fenugreek powder and tangy spices just before it comes off the grill.

Sunherae jhingae

Prawns with tail on, cut in middle and marinated refreshingly blend of lemon juice, garlic, carom seeds and mustard oil, the prawns are then grilled over mild heat to get a perfect cook.

Chicken chaat

Salad hero’s, chunky pieces of cucumber, tomato and onions tossed with freshly grilled chicken tikka chunks, dressed with tangy spiced dressing and sprinkle of fresh herbs to bring out the flavours.

Lehsuni chicken tikka

Chicken marinated in a paste of hand pounded roasted garlic and fresh ginger, tossed in with secret spices in a cream and hung yoghurt, while being grilled it is basted with fresh garlic paste in butter.

Fish tikka

Chunks of fresh ling fish*, marinated with secret spices tempered in mustard oil gives aromatic flavors to this delicate fish when grilled over mild heat.
